1. My colleague has a bad back problem so we weren't taking advantage, it was out of necessity.

3. We stayed three nights, and the litter and garbage problem remained untouched the entire time we were there.

4. We had a problem with the hot water valve sticking open on the bathtub on our first night, we called the front desk and a gentleman from the engineering department showed up right away to fix it.

6. I too work for this property and I can tell you we are dealing with this problem and it will not be resolved anytime soon.

7. So keep to the company policy and do your job like you're paid to do,leave the rest to the Management and if a guest really had a problem they will go about their own way of sharing their experiences.

8. It sounds like there is one of the workers who is out to get his bosses rather than assist in what sounds to be small isolated problem.
