Ultimately there was no problen with the voucher, however the entire experience was in very
poor
taste and an unnecessary inconvenience for what should have been a nice getaway off the strip.

The negatives included: room was in
poor
condition/old and needed upgrading (bath fixtures broken/loose), several on-site restaurants closed, clumsy layout of hotel with no 'gathering place' found in many other JW Marriott facilities.

Room lighting is
poor
- no desk lamp - and the rooms are not well maintained - burned out lightbulbs/beaten up chipped furniture.

Because of the
poor
mobile reception I was forced to use the landline and was charged an INSANE $200+ for four phone calls that averaged 10 minutes each.

Almost everyone in our group complained about the
poor

Incidentally, I`d read a couple of
poor
reviews about the condition of the TPC, but we found it in good shape late June 08.

My TV did not work, the food is
poor
, check-in was cumbersome, the valet could not give me directions to the airport and the casino reminded me of Atlantic City.
