2. I rated this hotel a four star stars largely because of a experience I had with the shower which at one point backed up and started to emit whatever the hell was in the drain up in towards the shower (not a pleasant experience) so I complained about that and the front desk did compensate my room charges for my breakfast very quickly for that.

7. Our room was fantastic, large and high spec but the air con was warm and when we complained to reception, maintenance rung and told us that whatever temp we set it to it went off when noone was in room (not sure what happens at night) and it was limited to not go below a certain temp, certainly not as low as we had set it to.

8. When I complained to the front desk, they offered to knock a little off my bill, but when I explained that it was not my company inconvenienced, but me and could they offer, instead, points, future stay discounts, spa or restaurant discount, I was told that I could take the business card of someone who couldn`t/wouldn`t talk to me and pursue restitution when I got home.
