It was hot and stuffy and the waitstaff couldn't fix it (are they trying to save money by cheaping out on A/C?) and the calimari was so greasy and
horrible
that the three of us who ordered it couldn't eat it at all--and the waitress didn't apologize or offer to bring us something else.

The hotel was
horribl
y understaffed; it took forever to get the front desk to answer the phone, 10 minutes for the valet to retrieve the car , and there was absolutely no one to be found by the pool for help with towels.
