1. Without anything documenting the conversation they could do whatever they wanted with the billing and never issue the credit back to my card.

7. I discussed the issue with the GM and he insisted that he hasn't had a problem at all - that he had been getting it with no problem, inferring very strongly that I was lying about my hot water issue.

8. Ventilation in our room was much better, but we had issues locking our room door.

9. The hotel is not far from downtown and within close driving distance to many great restraunts--very accessible to I-35 as well (its on the service road a bit away from the interstate so traffic noise was not an issue at all).

10. Now, my only other 'issue' with this hotel is the 'hit or miss' housekeeping at times.
