1. One problem is that they the should give you free internet in the rooms as it feels like the are desperate to get more cash out of you.

9. While it never became a huge problem for me, it was kind of annoying, especially when one of the elevators was being held on the main floor to be unloaded of old furniture (which took several trips) and it did not allow you to call another elevator to the floor.
