1. There were a few minor issues: Although the special pillows we pre-requested from their 'Dream Pillow' menu weren't in the room when we got there, they delivered them quickly once we called.

4. Another issue we had was at time of checkout, the valet disappeared to a neighboring hotel and kept us waiting 25 minutes to get our vehicle.

5. Despite the previous complaints re noise issues I can only say we were undisturbed throughout our stay.

6. While most of the people in the block were placed on a floor with a lot of noise, I lucklily was placed on a lower floor, and I didn't find much issue with it.
