1. He made us all but forget our poor experience in the bar/restaurant upon arrival, to the point where I'd recommend this hotel.

2. The LCD TV in the room was good but many of the channels on the lower end of the dial had a very poor signal, but that is probably because they were analog and it was a digital tv.

7. My room had 2 queen beds with no room to maneuver, no coffee pot, TV reception was poor, and with only one restaurant (expensive), and nothing much nearby, made it really disappointing.
