1. ) We had some issues with an a/c vent that rattled all night but the maintenance guy figured it out when we called in the morning.

3. The bathroom was a bit small with only about 3 feet between the tub and the toilet, which did not bother me, but I could see how this might be a slight issue for some people.

6. The hotel's staff is trained in checking for the signs of bed bugs and we haven't had another issue since the night of October 6.

9. I work at the Wyndham Garden Hotel and on October 7 we confirmed the issue in room 140 and immediately had it treated by an outside pest control company.

10. On October 13, 2010 the City of Austin's Human Health and Services Department sent a Travis County Inspector to the hotel to verify the issue was addressed.
