1. My only complaint about the hotel was the confusing thermostat in the room - it changed often on its own and we woke up through the night getting hot and cold.

3. My only complaints would be the hallway noise is a bit loud, but as it seemed there was some kind of girl's soccer game, so there were a lot of kids running around, and they are always loud.

4. We did not approach the front desk until the next day to check out and where helped by two very nice young ladies, Marisa and Liz, when we complaint to them about what had happened the day before were very apologetic even though it was not their fault.

7. Our biggest complaint was the threadbare carpets in the halls and our room.

One night we left dinner really late, and their bar was at capacity so they allowed us a table in the closed restaurant and served us anyway without complaint :)To top it off, they had live music on the pool deck on weekend evenings for free and a BBQ on the pool deck as well with $2 food and drinks.
