5. A/C is hard to adjust, it has an economy setting that is set much too hot for sleep, but if you put it on manual and set the temp, the A/C comes on and off all night long and it was loud.

10. When the building and staff renovations are finished, it will probably be hard to get a room here because it will get so popular and the rates will probably go up.
