4. Don't get me wrong, everything was first class - the service, the staff, the food and the room - but I came here directly from the Mondrian in LA where I had a huge suite which was twice the size of my room here for 25% less price.

7. I was hoping to change and quickly head to dinner but the reservations desk did not notify the luggage attendant that my room had been changed, so it turned out that my luggage had been delivered to the wrong room.
