We have never had a bad meal, never had
poor
service, and never failed to have a great experience.

The reason we are giving it a '
poor
' rating rather than 'average' is that given the relative cost of staying at the Four Seasons, the least they could do would be to have reasonably new rooms for their guests.

I went to the gym on the lower lakeside level, it was very
poor
, small, not particularly well equipped or decorated and every single machine had some rust on it.

Service was excellent, as one would expect from Four Seasons but the rooms are pedestrian and veery
poor
value at around $500 per night.

My wife and daughters and I stayed at the Four Seasons in Austin for long weekend and my initial impression of the hotel was quite
poor
but by the time we left I had a better impression.
