(Unfortunately, while the rest of the hotel shines with what one expects from a luxury Four Seasons, the
tiny
pool area remains from Day One and it can get painfully crowded -- not at all conducive to a relaxing five-star experience.

As I sat in my new room, about to eat breakfast (they had at least figured out how to transfer room service), I heard
