2. Booking tours was a hassle to them, they made plenty of mistakes (booking one tour when it should have been something else, giving out false information, wrong pricing) and it just shouldn't have happened.

6. They did book us for the wrong rooms as we were suppose to get the double queen with fireworks view, however the staff was nice to waive the parking fees.

7. This was my third time coming to Disneyland in a year but the drive kills me every time, we had arrived on Monday the 19th between 6 & 7 pm and I made reservations back in November so I thought the check - in was going to be a breeze and I was wrong again.

9. The breakfast was included (kids under 10 free) and was very basic and repetitive, although it included eveything one could ask from a healthy breakfast (or unhealthy breakfast if you make the wrong choices).
