1. My only 2 complaints:1 - the doors to the rooms swing shut quickly, it was difficult to manuever a scooter or wheelchair out without assistance, but that was a minor item.

2. We went down to the front desk at 6 am to complain and request a new room , the clerk said oh yes you are right in the middle of the group and we heard of the noise complaint.

3. Only complaint here was the soundproofing wasn't as good as it could have been - could hear people above, below and in the hallway quite clearly.
