4. The only complaints our group had: one morning the shower water wasn't steamy hot (it was Saturday, the hotel was full, could have just been timing); one person found the pillows uncomfortable (not a big deal), and we did hear the room above us one night, but fortunately they went to bed early.

5. The bar and restaurant staff seemed more demotivated than most almost to the point of making you feel uncomfortable when you want to order a drink as they clearly had many other tasks to perform including serving at the bar, serving in the restaurant and providing room service etc.
