Pros: comfortable bed, decent parking, close to disneyland, microwave and mini fridge in room, laundry on site, good priceCons: no droors (just shelves), small room, tiny closet, room gets hot (had to blast ac), noisy ac, no water pressure in shower, no hooks in bathroom, unpredictable service (when asking to send things up to room sometimes they came sometimes they didnt).

Cons: Only two ancient elevators that made me very nervous, the soda machine on the 7th floor didn't work, the pool is in complete shade by noon, pool closes at 10PM, we had specified EXACTLY which room we wanted based on a review and were promised that room, but it was not kept for us (I HATE THAT), rooms have absolutely no where to put your luggage--no dresser, tiny closet--you will be stumbling all over your luggage and unable to unpack in any way, walls are very thin and every morning we were awakened by children running full speed up and down and up and down the hallways, every morning our 'Do Not Disturb/Privacy Please' sign was mysteriously gone, limited room service menu.
