5. We checked in on Sunday evening and the lady at the front desk was very courteous, but yet professional (I believe her name was Michelle, but I could be wrong).

6. If you are a critic and need to find everything that's wrong then stay at Sheraton, Marriott, or the Hilton because it's people like you that give false reviews.

9. Overall I give the hotel 3 out of 5, i would have no problem staying here again, it was nothing special, but there was certainly nothing wrong with it.
