2. unfortunately the mall is always deserted so many shops are not open but the travel agents on the bottom floor are very helpful with booking all your tours.

3. Pool is huge but unfortunately the temp was only about 75 F so we didnt use it this time, even turned off the aircon as it wasnt hot enough to have it on.

4. - The room above us had the ceiling rocking and we could hear every detail from above- It's very, very close to Gardenwalk, unfortunately they've locked off the gates allowing easy access and forcing people to walk double the distance to get there.

10. Since my child and parents still prefer Chinese food, there is a Chinese takeout place (operated by mainland Chinese) right next to the hotel on Harbor Blvd and Katella, but unfortunately it is catered to Western tastes.
