Down right gross, carpet was gross, bed was like cardboard with a blanket over it, sliding glass door didn't slide, air didn't work, staff wasn't suprised when I told them it was a dump, refused to refund my money, i didn't stay two hours(dropped bags and went for food), I ate the money for the room, went to the ramada got a NICE room and took my kids to disneyland.

5. I didn't bother contacting the front desk, as I didn't want to brother them again, and I'm sure if they gave us a new room, it would still have silverfish as it is a older hotel, but I was very grossed out but the bug factor, and they were there daily.
