4. the mattresses were extremely poor, the bedding was beyond terrible with holes in all blankets and marginal sheets to say it mildly.

5. Bad - One pillow had a stain on it which was obviously blood (rank), the hotel staff were not helpful and quite rude when asked a question, the hotel food is revolting, expensive internet access and fairly poor decor (not that that bothered me - it`s a cheap hotel).

7. (Floor, smell) the building was in poor condition, the grounds were not kept up all that well.

The only negative things I could say were that: a) it has seen better days (some paint peeling, etc) but the staff were constantly seen grooming the yards, cleaning, etc so it seemed that they were making genuine efforts to maintain it as best as they can, and b) the TV`s were older models and cable reception was poor, but we weren`t going on vacation to watch TV anyway so it wasn`t an issue.
