I honestly have no complaints about anything we experienced and we had a great family vacation (although if I were forced to find something negative to say, the only thing I could really say is that the wifi is a bit on the slow side but it worked well with our iPads and we could always keep in touch with people back home).

8. Location is however not very ideal as it requires a 15 minutes walk or a 25 minute slow walk to the Disneyland.

9. Where to start? I could say ditto to a lot of what others are saying: the 'resort fee' which was never explained and when I asked I only got a silly answer 'you are staying on Disney property' to the extremely slow HSI speed (I understand I wasn't paying for it but really? if it's going to be sub-par either tell me that up front 'hey, it's free but.
