1. We found out through the night that the reason it was unplugged was because it made a random annoying noise off and on.

2. we stayed here as part of disney land resort pakage, we chosed thishotel based on distance from disney land and being a Holiday inn hotelthe room have no refirigerator,no Safe, no Kettle, we ca live with this but the main annoying thing is waiting for the bus to disney land, which suppose to be every 20 min, but we aere waitning for more than 40 min everey time we goor come from disney land, the trip each time lasted 1 hour and 20 min.

3. However if you are situated on the side directly across from the parking garage, the clickity-clack sounds of cars driving over the expansion joints in the parking garage could get annoying if you are a light sleeper, didn't bother me too much.

5. The check-in staff was very nice & offered Easter candy to my niece, although one woman seemed annoyed with me because I didn`t remember which credit card I had used to book the room, so I had to find the right one.
