1. Security issue: The entrance door to our rooms area was supposed to be with key card access only, but the lock was not working and anybody at any time of the day or night could have just opened the door and accessed the hallways to our rooms.

4. He did, going so far as to get their tech support company on line and persuade me to help them solve their bandwith issues.

5. The front desk Staff also sell disney and other attraction passes so they kid of act as travel agents in addition to servicing the hotel guests for hotel issues.

6. Our room was in a block away from the main hotel, but that wasn't an issue, the blocks are close together with doors that only open with your room key card.

7. Only issue was with smokers hanging outside the rooms and the A/C picking it up as it's a Non-Smoking Hotel.
