2. they had ants in the room, broken clock, they charge $ resort fee per night, unfriendly staff, long walk to Disneyland, rooms were small and the restuarant was way over priced.

3. Elevator broken part of our stay, but that was a blessing because it was so noisy you could not hear television when it was running.

The only things that we did not like is that the pool was really small for the size of the hotel and the one evening that we used it, very crowded and one of the elevators was broken our entire stay, but other than that, we were pleased with the hotel for what we paid and would stay there again.

AND, the bathroom was a nightmare - the bathtub had a seat that could be lifted but not kept out of the way, making the tub half normal length, it had no spigot, and the hand shower (which should have been both a handheld and a fixed-slidable showerhead, but the showerhead part was missing and the slide broken) worked intermittantly at best.
