1. I called front Desk, Jose, said he fielded 2-3 other complaints about WiFi Outage, but could not give me an ETA when it would be up again.

I honestly have no complaints about anything we experienced and we had a great family vacation (although if I were forced to find something negative to say, the only thing I could really say is that the wifi is a bit on the slow side but it worked well with our iPads and we could always keep in touch with people back home).
