1. The first night we checked in was a Monday night and unfortunately I didnt see a nametag, because the guy that was at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

3. I was hoping since we were on the 3rd floor and facing south that we'd be able to see the nightly fireworks from Disneyland but unfortunately the room we had had a huge tree blocking our view.

4. But if the hotel can not promise you that these problems are fixed, then unfortunately staying at the PepperTree can not be an option.

7. unfortunately that was not the case as an outdoor patio light was automatically turned on ALL night ( I presume for security reasons), and the black out curtains, as is often the case, did not completely block out the light.

8. If the smell was not present, I'm sure our stay would have been far more enjoyable but unfortunately, it cast a cloud of darkness over the weeks stay and my abiding memory is sadly of how our room smelt.

9. We had 2 bathrooms a kitchenette table and chairs and 2 balconies, which unfortunately we did not use, only because the weather was too cold (same with the pool).

10. The restaurant just opened last Wednesday/Thursday August 16/17, unfortunately we didn`t get the chance to use it.
