1. On the negative side - our toilet kept getting clogged (but was fixed), and the beds are not too comfy (need replacing).

3. The only negative I had to say was that because the doors into the hallways have no seal at the bottom, it was like being in the dorms as far as seeing light under the door and hearing people talk and go by.

6. The only negative was some late night noise from the street and the restaurant that shares the property, but it wasn't unbearable and I'm not sure anywhere else would have been better.

8. Bottom line: I made a MASSIVE mistake by moving from Residence Inn to Pepper Tree - the money I saved staying here is just not worth the long list of negatives Pepper Tree offers.

9. Again, one of the only negatives is there was not a screen door to the patio so when the door was open we did have some gnats flying into the room.

10. One of the only negatives I found was that there was plenty of mirrors but not an outlet in this dressing area so I could not blow dry my hair and get ready there.
