1. Housekeeping kept everything very clean every day, even when we had a 'do not disturb' sign up until later in the day, they still came by later and cleaned.

6. I did hear two small barking dogs briefly on the morning of my departure, around 10 AM - no other signs of pets were evident though, and the noise was not early enough or sustained long enough to be truly disturbing.
