1. just barely a 3 star hotel; not good for non-family visits as kids running and screaming all over the place; shuttle service (public transportation bus) to Disney was inconsistent (we waited for 45 minutes in freezing rain to get back to hotel); bus every 20 minutes claim by front desk was a figment of someone's imagination; first impression marred by stained, worn and dirty carpet behind front desk area.

4. For the price paid, the quality of the bedding, the tacky decor and furniture, the worn out faded carpet, the lackluster appearance of the hotel in general, the lagging, tired elevator, the hair stuck in the grill of the cook top in the kitchenette, the cheap thin towels.

5. By all 'meeting our needs' standards, we should have been thrilled by our 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette, and TWO bathrooms, but because everything is worn out, banged up and halfway, I really didn't care for it.
