2. Also, we booked through an agent and had some confusion with our confirmation numbers (seems the hotel and its reservation office assign DIFFERENT CONF #`s when you book??? I would suggest booking with the national reservations--you have to--, then calling the actual hotel a few days later to make certain they have you booked; though it was their error, management did nothing to help us stay for the entire stay at the price we were originally quoted.
