There was also an uncomfortable hustling for food element with people lining up en masse to use the toaster, and others loading up anything and everything they could - I'm not used to seeing that, and it made me uncomfortable, not that it's the hotel's fault but I guess I'm trying to paint a picture of the clientele drawn to this hotel.

5. I do concur with other guests regarding the sofa beds; they apparently are in need of areplacement, as our 11-year old did have an uncomfortable time, though our 5-year old was fine.
