4. The mattress on this thing was the worst that I have seen; very, very thin; and I have slept on a lot of bad hide-a-beds in my day.

8. Reception staff very helpful & friendly and breakfast not bad for the cost of rooms (although did get a bit 'samey' after a week, but lot cheaper & more convenient than breakfasting outside of hotel.
