2. just barely a 3 star hotel; not good for non-family visits as kids running and screaming all over the place; shuttle service (public transportation bus) to Disney was inconsistent (we waited for 45 minutes in freezing rain to get back to hotel); bus every 20 minutes claim by front desk was a figment of someone's imagination; first impression marred by stained, worn and dirty carpet behind front desk area.

4. After a disastrous rental hire which we left as it was so dirty it was great to walk into our Suite at the Staybridge, clean and nicely decorated, well equipped and just what we needed.

The place is very grubby, the Laundry is free but grubby, the hall was never hoovered outside our roomor in our room the 16 days we were there, we noticed everyday the same bits on the carpets, the walls in the hotel are grubby, the only upside was the beds were comfortable,but beware the rooms are also very grubby carpets are dirty and the walls are dirty.

6. The carpets and hallways were always pretty dirty too and the carpet was tearing up in lots of places which detracted from the overall aesthetic of the place.
