1. We had a problem with an adjoining room door lock and staff showed up within 10 minutes to fix it.

8. The cons: Our room came with a toilet that alternately wouldn't flush / wouldn't stop running, a dirty towel left behind by the previous guest, filthy windows, thin mattress, HVAC issues, and evidence of water problems in the bathroom ceiling.
