1. I am not usually a complainer, do lots of traveling, and encounter many quirks in hotels, which is par for the course.

The front desk staff and drivers are friendly and efficient, but the maid service is not great; on my last stay the maid knocked on my door twice before 9 AM and had a very loud conversation with another worker at the opposite end of the hall (I complained to the manager about this), and this stay the alarm in my room was left on by the last guest and went off at 5 AM- in my book, turning off alarm clocks is part of room maintenance.

7. The restaurant staff was short-handed, overworked and a waitress had a tantrum after being complained to by a customer, there was broken glass in an elevator and the elevators were extremely slow.
