1. I think it must have been due to the older plumbing in the building or maybe faulty plumbing? I don't know, but it was LOUD and ANNOYING.

2. The room was nicely put together since their site metioned a renovation, however at Check-in the Lady seemed annoyed that I interupted her conversation between her and the chef, then the room had coffee grinds in the coffee pot which why even bother to the housekeeper.

3. Some of the meeting rooms are not insulted enough from kitchen and staff staging areas which can be annoying to attendees in some of meeting rooms.
