broken
thermostat, but his room was 85F the entire time -- so make sure you get a room with a working thermostat.

It is clear that the Sheraton thinks that if you book a stay at their hotel through a third-party website (in this case, Hotwire) you are asking for one of their
broken
rooms, terrible service, and an awful stay.

Room #2:
broken
phone, no lamp (and, hence, no light in the main part of the room) and next to a room with a
broken
air conditioner that made a noise like someone was washing sneakers in a washing machine overhead (even the wall was shaking).

The restaurant staff was short-handed, overworked and a waitress had a tantrum after being complained to by a customer, there was
broken
glass in an elevator and the elevators were extremely slow.
