1. Staff is fine, rooms are tiny, beds are not comfortable, nieghborhood - across the street is homeless, drugs and prostitution, (but they didnt bother or harrass anyone) Just dont go out at night or stay here with children--TV is small and flickers, and the old style elevator is in need of repair because I actually took the stairs (5 floors) when at all possible.
