1. The biggest problem was that the area was loud at night with the homeless and druggies talking/yelling until 1am.

2. The cons: loud noise from sirens and people along the streets all night long, not recommended for light sleepers, the mattress is dirty so make sure to bring some extra sheets and a favorite pillow, also the toiletries are generic so bring your own shampoo and soap.
