2. garage just a block away is only ~$25 for 24 hours (no in/out) which is about the same as the hotel parking price, but in a much more secure feeling environment (although I've never seen any issues with the cars parked in the hotel parking).

4. - It was loud outside, but it is a city, our friends staying at the hotel rex for 150 more a night had the same issue.

5. - We had no issue with internet, wifi, and we were on 5th floor- This isn't close to union square, it was a 10-15 min walk, but there are buses that run the length of that walk, and also buses a block the other way which will take you to FW, pier 39, etc.
