1. No sweat for most but I'd be concerned about the incline and the distance if I had an elderly person or someone with health problems along.

4. I must admit I was a bit scared afeter I read the bad reviews for this hotel, but I was probably the most lucky customer of the Monarch because none of the problems mentioned by others happened to me.
