1. To their credit, they called some of the nearby hotels and found me a hotel room that was decent however it was on a major thoroughfare and the traffic noise was horrible.

3. All the other hotels along Lombard St/101 are right on the highway and you can see from the reviews that people have had horrible experiences with noise.
