4. I did read some old bad reviews here but the motel has been renovated since with new management and I couldn't imagine any issue that they would not handle in a professional and caring way.

9. You are right off of lombard st which is a busy street so being 1 block up from the traffic made the hotel very quiet, we just heard the occasional bus go by but it wasn't bad at all.
