1. There's a little bit of neighborhood noise at night from a bar around the corner and a preschool next door means children yelling at 8 in the morning, but those are minor complaints.

4. For the price of a new bed sheet and 5 minutes extra with the vacum I'd have had no complaints whatsoever about this place.

5. One small complaint is that their parking lot fills up very quickly, so if you get a spot, it would be best to use public transportation if you want to keep your spot.
