1. The rooms were small, but we were out wondering the city for most of our visit, so it wasn't a big deal.

2. If you are there during a weekday, there is a daycare at one of the houses on the left side (if you are looking at the rooms from the parking lot) and when the kids play outside they can get kind of noisy, but I am an early riser, so this was not a big deal for me.

3. The room we had was nice but unfortunately have to say that the bathroom was a bit grotty but since we spent all our time exploring San Fran then it wasn't a big deal.
