2. what i didn't like with this hotel and why i wouldn't recommend it to anyone is because of the way the staff treated us upon arrival, they were no way polite or helpful, as we had a problem with our credit card, we came from Ireland and they told us if the card wasn't sorted then we had nowhere to stay as they couldn't book us in without one, it was shocking as this had never happened to me before, even though we had the room paid for before we came they just needed the card for security reasons.
