1. Walls were dirty, bathrooms need to be redone urgently, carpets are stained, but clearly all these things pale in comparison to the bed bug issue (check bedbugregistry website and you will find a list of complaints for the hotel).

2. Stayed in room 307 and was bitten by bed bugs, then went online and saw that the hotel had several complaints for the same issue so AVOID THIS PLACE.

3. There are 2-3 parking lots around the hotel so thats not an issue too.

4. I saw no issues coming home late at night, just the pan-handlers rountine asking, but they didnt harress, as they are in every major city.

6. Btw, I've stayed in my share of cheap hotels in expensive cities lime New York and cheap does not have to mean low quality, but the Pickwick no doubt has serious quality issues.
