1. As i walked into reception there was a very loud and very aggressive 'situation' occuring with a homeless person(i have the greatest sympathy with anyone in this unfortunate situation)at the reception desk.

3. The night time noise was there, quite loud at times, I always bring ear plugs when I travel, but if you stay in the heart of any city, expect noise through the night life.

9. The phone didn't work, it was loud (even though I requested a quiet room), the light at the bedside didn't work, the battery on the remote was dead.
